DESCRIPTION:This weekend course offers a calm and supportive space to prepa
 re for birth and the time after. You’ll receive practical tools, evidence-b
 ased knowledge, and emotional support as you get ready for this new chapter
  as a family.\n\nYou’ll be encouraged to explore what feels right for you a
 s you move into parenthood. The course focuses on understanding the birth p
 rocess, learning how to support the birthing partner, building trust in you
 r body, and gaining confidence to make your own decisions. Alongside clear 
 information, there is space for reflection, questions, and open exchange wi
 th other expecting families.\n\nThe Course topics\n\nThe stages of labour, 
 how to recognise and handle themBreathing techniques, birthing positions, m
 assagesCoping with challenges during labour and making informed decisionsTh
 e role of the partner during birth and in the early postpartum periodEmotio
 nal wellbeing and mental health around birthThe first days with your baby: 
 bonding, feeding and recovery\n\nCourse Format\n\nSa and Su 10:00 AM to 5:0
 0 PM. Live at Klinikum am Urban at “Elternschule”\n\nCosts\n\nThe course is
  fully covered by public health insurance for the pregnant participant. The
  partner fee is €160 and is due after registration and needed to save the s
 pot. Most health insurance providers reimburse part of this amount upon sub
 mission of a payment confirmation. If paying the full partner fee is not po
 ssible for personal or financial reasons, please feel free to reach out via
