In this "classic" postnatal exercise course led by midwife and pelvic floor trainer Magdalena Sternberger, we devote ourselves calmly, respectfully and thoughtfully to your bodies, which gave birth to your children a few weeks ago.
We focus specifically on the pelvic floor in strengthening exercises, but also strengthen your core and the entire supporting system. We start very gently and slowly and increase the intensity of the exercises every week. In each 60-minute course you will also receive useful information and tips for a pelvic floor-friendly everyday life with the growing baby - and you can also ask any questions that concern you during this time.
This course takes place twice per week, mondays and thursdays at 11:15am-12:15.
Your babies are of course also very welcome!
Many people find the exchange with other mothers/parents to be very valuable and sometimes new friendships are created here.
The costs for 8 x 75 or 10 x 60 minutes of postnatal exercise with a midwife are covered by health insurance companies, provided the course is completed by the 9th month after birth.
I recommend that you start the course from the 6th week (or 8th week after a cesarean section) at the earliest.
